We founded the Biotech CEO Sisterhood to address a critical gap: despite outperforming our peers, women remain underrepresented at the industry's highest leadership levels. What began as candid conversations among a small, trusted group has become the foundation for something much larger. The secret to success is already within the Sisterhood — we just need the infrastructure to turn that spark into a lasting movement.
With our 501(c)(3) status secured, we're launching the Spark to Movement campaign to raise $2M and fund the next five years of operations.
