Hundreds of industry leaders and investors gather at Union Square during JPMorgan Healthcare (JPM) week to celebrate women driving innovation in biotech and biopharma.

These women are at the forefront of science — not just building companies, but building each other up, and building an inclusive community.

Our presence matters. Men and women, side by side, show up together, proving that we live our industry’s values.

How It Started

Following the first annual Leadership Summit of the Biotech CEO Sisterhood in 2024, the idea to converge was born.

Shehnaaz Suliman, President and CEO of ReCode Therapeutics, and Jessica Kelly, CEO Business Partner, stepped up to make it real. With permits and logistics arranged, the Sisterhood could extend an invitation to all to show up. And show up, they did.
