Biotech CFO Sisterhood
We are dedicated to empowering women CFOs within the biotech industry. We aim to provide a supportive network where members can share insights, experiences, opportunities, and best practices while fostering encouragement and inspiration. We leverage our professional capital to elevate the voices of women CFOs in biotech, drive innovation, and cultivate a culture of inclusivity and growth in the biotech industry. We support other women leaders in the biotech industry, including the next-generation of talent. We encourage change among service providers to recognize and promote women leaders.
Eligibility Criteria:
Are actively serving as CFOs in biotech/pharma companies, fractional CFOs actively participating in the industry, or former CFOs who actively serve on boards of biotech/pharma therapeutics companies. Fractional CFOs must have previously held a full-time CFO position and must be actively participating in the industry.
Serve on boards or hold other positions where they continue to build and leverage professional relationships
Are committed to a spirit of give-and-take with time and resources by answering when sisters call, making introductions, and sharing expertise
Consistently participate in events, programs, and community engagement
At this time, CFOs of health/med tech, AI/ML-only companies without a drug development component, CFOs of vendors and service providers (e.g. CROs, CMOs, software, consulting) are not eligible. Rising CFOs such as CAOs or VP of Finance are not eligible.
