As HR leaders in biotech and life sciences, the Biotech CHRO Sisterhood is united in building a vibrant community of women who elevate people practices, empower one another, and champion the teams driving innovation forward. In alignment with the Biotech C-Suite Sisterhood, we cultivate authentic connection, mutual support, and shared purpose to amplify the impact of women in the C-suite and advance equitable leadership across our industry.
Membership Criteria:
Current or Recent Executive Role - Must be (or have been) a CHRO or equivalent C-level executive within a biotech, life sciences company for at least one year within the past five years
Title and Scope - Most members hold C-level titles, though SVP or Head-of roles may qualify based on access/influence to the Board of Directors
Company Size - Typically based on number of full- time employees; members that will most benefit from participation are in small to mid-size companies
Organizational Proximity to CEO - Generally reporting within two levels of the CEO (adjusted for company scale)
Career Trajectory - Demonstrated progression, scope, and influence across your professional journey
