Biotech CLO Sisterhood

The Biotech CLO Sisterhood is dedicated to empowering female C-suite legal leaders.  We cultivate a vibrant community of women leaders, fostering a culture of mutual support, authenticity, and inclusivity. Through summits, events, and educational programs (both virtual and in person), we champion the advancement of female legal leaders, address the unique challenges they face in these roles, and amplify their voices to shape the future of biotech. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Are actively serving as CLOs in biotech/pharma companies, fractional CLOs actively participating in the industry, or former CLOs who actively serve on boards of biotech/pharma therapeutics companies

• Serve on boards or hold other positions where they continue to build and leverage professional relationships

• Biotech, therapeutics, and diagnostics are all eligible

• Service providers (CROs, CMOs, consultancies) are not eligible
