Our mission is to connect and empower women in CBO and COO roles by sharing knowledge, resources, and experiences. We hold presence across both the San Francisco Bay Area and Boston, and are open to members from across the United States.

We welcome new Sisters fulfilling the below criteria:

  • Holder of a C suite title

  • Owns the Business Development and/or Operations function 

  • Employed by a small to medium sized biotech (focus = therapeutics companies)
